Last week the first grade students had a special visitor, Adin Fannon’s mom is a vet at the North-Shore Animal hospital and she came to talk to the first Grade about her job as a vet because they are currently reading a story about veterinarians. Also the students are very excited about their response letters from there pen-pals.

The First Grade science fair projects are due Friday            April 11, 2008 GOOD LUCK!

            This week the students have been working on a fantasy story called “On the way to the pond” next week it will be nonfiction called “Friends Forever” In math the students have been working on patterns. Next the students will be working on fractions.
